Muir Group understands that people’s lives are affected by their surroundings and
that
a sense of ‘community’ can have a long-standing, positive
effect on individuals, communities and neighbourhoods.
We actively seek to
invest in wider neighbourhoods and communities
to ensure that they are attractive, sustainable places where people choose to live
and want to stay.
Residents have control
The key is to give local residents the tools to take control of their own
communities; tools such as support from trained staff, or grants from
Friends of Muir Group
to fund local projects.
How to get a scheme started
If you feel that your scheme, estate or neighbourhood is lacking a resource
to improve the area or make the quality of life better for you and other residents:
