Involving People
We know that involving people in the way we review and plan our service delivery is the best way to improve those services so that they meet your needs and expectations.
Getting involved is your opportunity to tell us what you think! Good or bad, and to influence the decisions that are made about your homes and the communities you live in. It’s a real chance to have your say and make it count!
By understanding your needs and thoughts, we can continue to improve services.
There are lots of ways you can get involved. The following guides for each involvement will be released soon...
- Becoming a Board member
- Regional resident forums
- Service Improvement Groups
- Resident Inspectors
- Think Tank
- Voice Editorial Team
- How to start up a resident or community group
- Resident Champions
- Young People's Task Force
- Have your say cards
- Training opportunities with Muir

Over the last 2 years we have worked with Muir residents to develop a number of documents that shape the way we involve you. Over the next year we will review those documents to make sure they are still relevant.

Resident Involvement Packs
All of our residents were recently sent an information pack from Muir Group, featuring a number of leaflets demonstrating different ways to get involved.
From being a member of one of our Service Improvement Groups or Residents Forums, to resident training and more. There are also ways that young people can get involved, and in particular, our Young People's Task Force is always looking for new members.
