New homes available in Little Leigh
Works on a new affordable homes development, Poole Fields, in Little Leigh are set to be completed by at the end of March.
Muir Group Housing Association, in partnership with Bridgestone Construction and Cheshire West and Chester Council, are developing eight new family homes on Brakeley Lane. The development will be a mix of shared ownership and affordable homes for rent.
The properties for affordable rent have appeared on the Trust Home Choice site on a Choice-Based Lettings basis, with bids currently being assessed by Cheshire West and Chester Council.
