Team members enjoy summer soundtrack while meeting residents at fun day
MEMBERS of Muir’s Housing Services Team got in on the act when they enjoyed an annual community fun day.
Employees of Muir Group Housing Association’s Cheshire East and Warrington Team got out and about with residents in Winsford at the GGO (Greenfield Park, Glebe Green and Over) event August 20th.
The afternoon’s entertainment took place on the BMX track at the Over Estate in West Winsford, Cheshire, with live music setting the soundtrack as Muir staff got to mingle with residents amid an action packed feast of fun.
A host of displays, bouncy castles, stalls, MMA Martial Arts, Animal Magic, ‘The Winsford Sensations’, and South Cheshire Astronomical Society all helped to provide families with plenty to enjoy on the day.
Anne Done, Muir Income Services Officer said: “It was a great day on which to be out and about in the community and we enjoyed meeting residents and taking part in the event.
“There was lots of interest in the Muir stand and good to see families making the most of the occasion.
“We hope to be back again next year to meet everyone again and congratulate the GGO for staging a wonderful event once again.”
