We're always seeking new opportunities to work with housing developers and service providers, to help build and maintain our communities.
Our Building New Homes programme sees us provide 100 new homes for people each year, and we love working with developers to help us achieve these goals.
Our focus is delivering the right homes in the right places, in bnoth rural and built-up areas, via Section 106, Package Deal or land-led opportunities — and we're excited to do more.
Our activity is split across our North and East regions, with particular focus largely around the following local authority areas:
North - Cheshire East & West, Warrington, Blackpool, Fylde, Burnley.
East – Huntingdonshire, Peterborough, North & South Kesteven, Melton Mowbray, East Cambridgeshire.
Depending on the opportunity we may also work in other adjoining areas and are keen to talk to you.
Housing maintnenace is also a huge part of what we do, as is working with residents to support wellbeing.
