Group People & Governance Committee

The purpose of the Group People & Governance Committee is to support the Muir Group Board and any subsidiary board by: 

• Overseeing all matters relating to the recruitment, succession, appraisal, development and remuneration of board members. 
• Overseeing all matters relating to the recruitment, succession, appraisal and remuneration of members of the Group Executive and the Muir Property Solutions (MPS) Managing Director. 
• Reviewing and advising on matters relating to the terms and conditions of employment, remuneration policy, salary grading structure, benefits and performance related pay, for all employees. 
• Approving any policies delegated within the committee’s terms of reference. 
• Providing regular assurance to the Boards on the Committee’s work and its scrutiny of delegated responsibilities.
