Having implemented a monitoring and reviewing system we are able to evaluate the success of our Environmental Management System and assess any reductions in environmental impact based on our key objectives. Our key objectives include:
- Investing in improvements in the energy efficiency of our existing stock, with an aim to ensure that all our tenants can afford warm homes
- Promoting and incorporating sustainability and energy efficiency within new developments and building design
- Raising awareness of the importance of environmental sustainability to both employees and customers
- Working with our contractors and suppliers to ensure sustainability is considered in their business activities
- Promoting sustainable procurement
