How are we Doing?

Being ‘Honest’ is one of Muir’s six key values. Our aim is to ensure that we have high ethical values, standards and strong governance.

 

We believe that being open and transparent about our performance is an integral part of this. We constantly monitor the services that we deliver to you to make sure that standards are being met.

 

 

That is why we always publish our latest, up-to-date performance stats on our website. These are issued on a month-by-month basis, and we measure our performance against other housing association’s as part of the HouseMark scheme.

Our performance stats cover all sections of the association, from the percentage of repairs completed first time, to the average time it takes us to answer you phone calls.

We use a number of measures called ‘Key Performance Indicators’ to monitor how we are performing across our key service areas and to ensure that we are delivering our services against our objectives.
