SIGN UP to help Muir create its new Customer Promise for residents!

Residents have a unique chance to help create the new Muir Customer Promise as we use feedback from #TheBigChat to make things easier, smarter and better for everyone.

Big Chat feedback has been vital to helping us design our new Customer Promise.

Now, three dynamic focus groups are taking place in August so you can have your say on how it’s coming together.

Spaces on the focus groups are limited – but don’t worry if you’re not selected because showing your interest now will be vital to helping us with other opportunities later on – improving how we do things for you.

As numbers are limited, you’ll receive confirmation about whether or not you’ve been selected this time around – but we’ll still hope to use your interest for future opportunities!
