IF IN DOUBT CHECK US OUT WHEN MUIR STAFF VISIT YOUR HOME

WHENEVER Muir needs to visit your home, you can expect us to let you know.

Whether it’s for a gas check, repair, or an arranged visit from your Tenancy Services Officer, we’d contact you first to confirm an appointment.

However, should anyone visit your home that you’re not expecting, you can always call us to ensure they are who they say - and check that they are indeed working for, or on behalf of Muir Group Housing Association.

Muir and MPS (Muir Property Solutions) staff all carry identity badges, and our contractors do too, so they can identify themselves at your request.

But if you want to double check, you can call us on 0300 123 1222 to put your mind at ease.

Muir staff “We want Muir residents to feel confident that anyone visiting them from the Association is certified to be there,” Jackie Perry, Assistant Director of Communities and Customer Service (pictured) said.

“That’s why we’d encourage residents to call us if they’re ever in doubt.

“We won’t be offended. Your safety and security is what matters most.”
