IT’S A SIGN WE’RE LISTENING TO FEEDBACK FROM #THEBIGCHAT IN TENTRE

RESIDENTS on Muir’s Tentre estate are enjoying a fresh-faced feel after new signage was installed following a ‘spring cleaning skip day’.

The residents at the Burnley estate were able to rid themselves of unwanted items and ensure the area looked tidy as Muir stepped in to help as it acts upon customer feedback from #TheBigChat.

Muir staff The new signage has also helped give the estate a lift, with Kenny Haslam, Muir’s Community Housing Manager in the North (pictured), already enjoying the difference they’ve made.

“It’s great to see the new signs being fitted at Tentre in Burnley – I can’t get lost now.

“We’re enjoying acting on feedback from #TheBigChat to help give the estate a fresh feel.

“Residents made the most of the opportunity to get rid of unwanted items when we held the ‘skip day’ here too.”

The changes seem to have a thumbs up from residents too, with one saying: “The estate looked much cleaner and tidier.”
