Kier Services to roll out repairs in Muir's East region under new deal

A NEW maintenance provider has been procured by Muir to take responsibility for repairs to properties in the Association’s East region.
From the beginning of May 2018, repairs be carried out by Kier Services Ltd and their partner SPS Ltd.
This contract will run until April next year, until a new long-term provider is in place following the completion of a robust tendering process.
Kier’s involvement replaces that of previous maintenance provider, Fosters.
Nik Evans, Muir’s Assistant Director of Property Services (pictured) said: “This change has come about following the expiry of the current contract with Fosters Maintenance Ltd.
“Kier Services and their partner, SPS, have vast experience of working with other housing associations across the UK to provide quality repair and maintenance solutions.
“Muir are confident Kier’s involvement will enhance the Association’s current level of repairs service.”
All Kier and SPS operatives will carry a Kier Services photo ID card which you can ask to see whenever they visit your home.
This ID card contains a telephone number for you to call to confirm the operative’s identity if you wish.
