MEET new repairs providers as part of our unique ‘getting to know you’ events.
East and Northallerton residents can enjoy meeting the new teams at skip days, walkabouts, coffee mornings and more as Foster Property Maintenance and Muir Property Solutions (MPS) look forward to getting to know you better.
Foster Property Maintenance have been busy delivering our new repairs service for East region residents since coming on board in November 2023.
And MPS have also been out and about in Northallerton having become the area’s new repairs provider for Muir residents at the same time.
What’s happening?
Fosters and MPS are joining your Community Housing Team on a mini-tour of some of the schemes they support – meeting residents and learning more about how they can continue improving repairs for you.
They’ll be joined by your Muir Community Housing Team as well as your gas maintenance providers, Aaron Gas Limited (East) and Liberty (Northallerton) and sub-contractors who help us ‘care about your safety’ and ‘look after your home’ – two key themes of our Customer Commitment.

If these events aren’t local to you, you won’t miss out!
We’ll be arranging for our new repairs providers to accompany Muir staff on scheme inspections and walkabouts.
We’ll let you know the dates in advance, so you still get a chance to meet them.
