MORE MUIR ADVISORS MANNING OUR PHONES WHEN YOU NEED THEM MOST – THANKS TO YOU!

MUIR have more advisors answering your calls after we brought in more staff to help handle your queries.

After listening to feedback from #TheBigChat, we’ve added to our Customer Experience Team at a time when you need us most – as you get winter ready and deal with rising household costs.

#TheBigChat taught us you wanted us to be more available when you called – and so we listened.

“Your feedback from The Big Chat is shaping the way we do things for you,” Liam Radford, Muir’s Customer Experience Manager said.

“The new staff joining the Customer Experience Team are as a direct result of the feedback you provided, and they’ve already started their training as they prepare to handle your calls.

“We’re looking forward to increasing your satisfaction in this area, as well as others, and ensuring we’re ready when you call us.”

Muir staff The five new staff members are already settling in as they undertake their training with Muir.

Michelle Purcell said: “My first few weeks at Muir have been really enjoyable.

“It’s clear from the start that the team are all passionate about their roles in helping residents.

“The training has been thorough and I'm looking forward to providing as much support as I can in my role.”

Rachel Fearnall said: “I enjoyed the training process am look forward to joining the team on the phones at Muir and helping residents out with their customer service enquiries.

James Harrison has also joined, saying: “I have found the training at Muir to be very interesting and I’m really looking forward to joining the team.

“I am eager to help Muir customers in any way I can.”

Fellow new starter, Adrienne Griffin said: “We have had some intense training this wee, to get us ready to take phone calls from residents.

“I’m looking forward to joining the team and to help everyone who calls in.”

And Lynsey Coulthard said: “Everyone in the team has been so welcoming and definitely have the residents’ best interests at heart.

“From what I have seen, they all work as a team and have made me feel so welcome already.”
