MUIR RESIDENTS GIVE GLOWING FEEDBACK FOR ‘BRILLIANT’ NEW MPS KITCHENS
‘BRILLIANT’ new kitchens are giving Muir residents plenty to smile about after they spoke of their MPS delight.
Mujr Property Solutions (MPS) have been fitting new kitchens at properties in Great Barrow as residents gave glowing reports about the service they received.
Pauline Rudd and Susan Eardley are two of those who have enjoyed the MPS experience after having their new kitchens installed.
Here’s what they had to say.
“I’m very happy,” Pauline said. “The team that worked on it did fantastic.
“They respected my home and myself – they were very pleasant and professional.
“MPS made things as easy for me as possible. I was able to speak with a kitchen designer so I could have the colour scheme I wanted.
“I’d definitely recommend them and I’d give them ten out of ten.”
The kitchen upgrade at the Old Stackyard homes formed part of Muir’s annual planned maintenance programme for 2023-24.
And Susan was equally pleased with the work done to enhance the kitchen in her home.
“From when they first arrived the MPS team were absolutely brilliant,” Susan said.
“They deserve massive credit because they are an amazing team.
“I was made to feel comfortable when they came into my home and they were so kind – I miss them being here.
“They worked so hard and I can’t praise them all enough.”
Nick Collins, MPS Site Manager, said: “A new kitchen or bathroom takes about ten days so it can be quite intrusive.
“But we try to make sure Muir residents are comfortable as we deliver the best product that we can.
“To get good satisfaction from residents is very nice to hear.”
