MUIR RETAINS HIGHEST SOCIAL HOUSING RATINGS
MUIR has retained the highest available ratings for housing associations following an announcement by the Regulator of Social Housing.
The V1 and G1 ratings were awarded to Muir as the RSH confirmed Muir continues to meet high standards of Viability and Governance.
Catherine Dixson, Muir’s Chief Executive, believes the ratings underline Muir’s commitment, and its desire to enhance services for residents.
“We continue to work hard on maintaining homes and improving services for Muir residents; and these ratings are a reflection of that,” Catherine (pictured) said.
“While we appreciate there is always room to improve, the ratings show we continue to move in the right direction.
“2022 has been a huge year and we are committed to building upon that in 2023, with feedback from #TheBigChat helping to form the foundations of our futures, to make things easier, smarter and better for everyone.
“This recognition from the RSH confirm we remain a committed and determined social housing provider.”
The RSH regulates registered providers of social housing to promote a viable, efficient and well-governed sector able to deliver homes fulfilling a range of needs.
Muir’s status as a G1 and V1 accredited social housing provider was confirmed by the RSH on December 14th.
