MUIR UNLOCKS MORE AFFORDABLE HOMES FOR RENT AND SHARED OWNERSHIP IN CHESHIRE VILLAGE
MORE new Muir homes are unlocking housing opportunities in Cheshire.
Muir is preparing to unveil 17 new homes in the village of Malpas – giving people a fantastic blend of two and three-bedroom homes for affordable rent and shared ownership, as well as four one-bed flat rentals.
Being built by Duchy Homes, the first properties are expected to arrive in time for Christmas, giving new residents and owners brand new homes to call their own for the festive season.
“We’re thrilled to see these properties edge closer to completion,” Annette Westwater, Muir Development Officer said.
“Being able to provide more Muir homes in Malpas is great because it’s a lovely village and we’re happy to deliver a range of affordable housing options for people there.
“The rural outlook of these properties is something we think people will really enjoy, and of course the quality of the homes themselves is something we’re very pleased with too.”
Muir’s ‘Building New Homes Strategy’ is seeing the Association provide more new affordable homes year by year.
The eight shared ownership properties on the Sandstone Gate development at Chester Road, Malpas, are being made available through ‘Homes by Muir’.
