We’ve received more of the 21 new two and three-bed homes we’re making available for affordable rent and shared ownership at our Chater Field development in Ketton.

The homes form part of our Building New Homes Strategy which promises to see us deliver 500 quality new affordable homes by 2027.
The Ketton homes are the latest in our commitment to providing more affordable properties in rural Lincolnshire over recent years, complementing previous developments in Bourne, Baston and Melton Mowbray.
