New maintenance partnership set to give Muir residents an 'OpenView'

A NEW working partnership with a skilled electrical and mechanical contractor will enhance the existing levels of service Muir already provides to residents.

Muir Group Housing Association’s Maintenance Manager, Mike Proudfoot, believes the partnership with OpenView Security Solutions Ltd will be of long-term benefit to residents when it becomes operational from June 1st, 2017.

OpenView will work with the Association to provide PAT testing, fire alarm servicing, emergency lighting, door entry installations, automatic doors and barriers, fire risk assessments and a whole lot more.

Mike ProudfootAnd Mike says OpenView’s involvement can be vital as Muir continues to value its obligations as a landlord.

“We are really looking forward to working in partnership with OpenView,” said Mike (pictured right).

“Both parties are aiming to make the transfer of services from our previous contractor as smooth as possible.

“This partnership will be very important in ensuring we maintain our ongoing commitment regarding the safety and security of residents.

“Therefore, the long-term benefits will be very positive, both for Muir residents and the housing association as a whole.

“We are delighted to announce this new partnership and look forward to seeing those benefits unfold.”
