NEW MUIR HOMES WRAPPED UP IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS
SIX new Muir properties on a rural Cheshire development have been completed in time for Christmas.
The six ‘Homes By Muir’ shared ownership homes will welcome new owners for the festive season, with a further two shared ownership properties and nine for affordable rent still to come in the New Year.
Situated on the Sandstone Gate development in Malpas, the 17 new Muir homes include a blend of two and three-bedroom homes for affordable rent and shared ownership, as well as four one-bed flat rentals.
“We are delighted that the first of these new homes are available for people to enjoy Christmas in,” Annette Westwater, Muir Project Manager said.
“A new home is a fantastic way to usher in the New Year and we hope home owners will be very happy in them.
“Being able to provide more Muir homes in Malpas is great because it’s a lovely village and we’re happy to deliver a range of affordable housing options for people there.
“The rural outlook of these Chester Road properties is something we think people will really enjoy, and of course the quality of the homes themselves is something we’re very pleased with too.”
Muir’s ‘Building New Homes Strategy’ is seeing the Association provide more new affordable homes year by year.
