NEW MUIR RESIDENTS GET THE KEYS TO BRAND NEW HOMES
HAPPY new residents are enjoying brand new Muir homes after receiving the keys to their future.
Residents began moving into the new homes at St Chads in Winsford after the five-home development was unveiled, allowing them to step inside for the first time.
Formerly the site of an underused car park, the development has transformed the look and feel of the estate – breathing new life into an area where new families can now flourish.
“I’m absolutely loving it,” Natasha McCarten (pictured above) said.
“The house is gorgeous everything has been thought of.
The rooms are really spacious, and the rooms are really spacious as well.”
Natasha is excited to move into her new home which she said will be a fantastic place to live with her two children.
New neighbour, Michaela Prophett (left) said: “It’s amazing – I feel like a child at Christmas.
“There’s nothing not to like – the space for my kids is unreal and the garden is perfect for them.”
Work on the five two-bed homes began in January 2021 and were completed by Brenig Construction.
The development also includes seven parking spaces additional to those available for residents of the new properties.
Another new resident, Bethany Ruddle, 21, added: “It’s really exciting to move on with my life with my kids.
“It’s a good area and I like everything about the house.
“It’s a really good size with a lovely garden.
“Branching out on my own will be great for my confidence.”
