New property search portal generating huge interest on Muir website
A NEW property portal showcasing all the fantastic properties available at Muir is generating huge interest after going live on the housing association’s popular website.
The user-friendly portal gives viewers instant access to Muir properties situated across the UK, highlighting homes available for rent as well as Muir’s increasingly popular shared ownership deals.
Including colourful photos, detailed descriptions and information about local areas, the portal comes complete with an easy to use search facility to ensure users can access exactly what they want amid a host of opportunities.
Since going live on February 7th, 2017, the portal has generated more than 16,000 hits from people interested in the properties available at Muir.
“Muir’s new property portal gives people a great opportunity to see all our properties at the touch of a button,” the Association’s Housing Services Manager, Nick Grubb (pictured) said.
“It gives Muir a chance to showcase exactly what we have to offer and we are excited by being able to provide this service on our website.
“Hopefully existing tenants, people looking to get on the property ladder, and potential new residents, can all keep a keen eye on what we have available.
“We are enjoying seeing them make use of this enhanced service, and are proud to build on the reputation Muir has for providing popular rental properties as well as the increasing popularity of our shared ownership homes.”
The portal provides information on a wide range of available newly built shared ownership properties, rentals, rent to home buy, choice based lettings and supported living accommodation.
