WE ‘WENT LIVE’ with new repairs providers for East and Northallerton residents on November 1st.

Fosters Property Maintenance Ltd. and Muir Property Solutions (MPS) are already out fixing repairs in some of your homes!

We made the change after listening to your feedback in #TheBigChat, satisfaction surveys, customer concerns and complaints, and your National Residents Group (NRG). We know the previous service hadn’t reached the standard you expect.

We believe you’ll begin feeling an improved customer experience in the months ahead. We know it’ll take time for results of the changes to show. Thanks for your patience if you do feel any disruption while the new providers settle in.

Here’s what happened on November 1st:

  • Foster Property Maintenance Ltd. became our new repairs provider for the East region.
  • Aaron Gas Ltd. became our gas maintenance provider for the East region.
  • Muir Property Solutions (MPS) became our new repairs provider for the Northallerton area.
  • Liberty continued as our gas maintenance provider in NorthallertonMuir Property Solutions logo.

“Customer feedback was really important in helping us make this decision, it’s influenced and shaped the actions we’ve taken” Jackie Perry, Executive Director Customer Experience said.

Getting to know the new teams 

Your Community Housing team will be holding events with the new providers across the East and Northallerton areas to introduce themselves and learn more about how they can improve repairs for you. 

These events will happen in the New Year as we want to let them focus on the important work of getting to grips with your repairs. We’ll let you know when they’re due to visit your area.
