RESIDENT SUSTAINMENT EVENT SEES MUIR STAFF FLOCK TO HERON CLOSE

MUIR staff flocked to Heron Place with a host of other agencies to meet with residents at the Association’s scheme in Chester.

Members of Muir’s Tenancy Sustainment Team were available to discuss any issues and ways they can support residents to sustain their tenancies, along with some of the Association’s housing officers.

They were joined by employment support service – New Leaf, local support charity – Dial West, mental health service – The Spider Project, and addiction services group – WDP Aqua House.

Muir staff The event was the latest in a line of similar support and sustainment events being hosted by Muir in its communities.

“We really enjoyed being able to speak with residents and bring these support agencies together for the day at Heron Place,” Leigh Mucedola, Muir Tenancy Sustainment Officer said.

Muir staff “It’s really important to ensure residents are aware of the supporting services available to them, both at Muir and beyond.

“We’ve been able to identify resident concerns and put people in touch with partnering organisations that can make a real difference to their lives.”

Muir staff also helped to spring clean Heron Close, providing skips for residents so they could rid themselves of unwanted items while also removing any fly-tipping from the area.
