SHELTERED SCHEME’S NEW ROOF NEARS COMPLETION FOR MUIR RESIDENTS
WORK to replace a roof at a Muir-owned sheltered housing scheme is nearing completion.
Muir is upgrading the roof of the building at the 15-home Benham Court sheltered scheme in Northampton.
Run by ‘Together for Mental Wellbeing’ the scheme is one of two at the site which includes Brook View which accommodates 14 further residents.
“We’re proud to be upgrading the roof at Benham Court,” Tony Jones, Muir’s Asset Services Manager said.
“The work is nearing completion, and it will ensure the structure of the building will remain safe and secure for residents living at Benham Court for many years to come.
“We take pride in our properties and our Property Services team at Muir are pleased to have been able to deliver this challenging project.
“The existing roof had neared the end of it’s life and we are looking forward to seeing this project completed; and for residents to enjoy the building upgrade at their home.”
