STREET SAFETY REMAINS IN THE SPOTLIGHT THANKS TO POLICE GIFT FOR MUIR RESIDENTS

NEW security lighting has been donated to Muir residents by Police as part of their ‘Safer Streets’ campaign.

Police visited some of Muir’s Charlotte Court residents in Chester to distribute the new solar security lighting and discuss street safety.

The Muir Property Solutions (MPS) team will install the new lighting as residents in the area benefit from the campaign.

“We’re very pleased to see Police bringing their Safer Streets campaign to Muir residents,” Rachael Dodd, Muir Tenancy Services Officer said.

Muir residents “Donating new security lights is a great way to help residents feel safer and builds strong relationships in the community.”

Muir Sustainment Officer, Leigh Mucedola, says partnership working with Police is a good way of providing support and reassuring the Association’s residents.

He said: “The support Police bring to communities is so important in helping residents to feel safe in their environment.

“Muir strongly believes in creating neighbourhoods that our residents can be proud of.

“For Police to support resident safety in this way is a gesture we are all very grateful for."
