YOU made sure The Big Chat was massive for Muir residents after more than 1,000 of you got involved to have your say!
Your views will help enhance your overall customer experience and shape Muir’s new Customer promise after the Association staged over 50 Big Chat events in communities across the country throughout April and May.
With residents having their say face-to-face with Muir staff, online and over the phone, the Association is using the information to build a customer experience that makes things easier, smarter and better for everyone.
And we’d like to say a massive Big Chat “thank you” for getting involved (click the video, right).

We’ll now analyse the information you provided before setting up a series of focus groups to concentrate on how we work to enhance the things that matter most to you.
