· A new Customer Commitment – so you know what to expect from us!
· Online account access with the ‘My Muir’ portal!
· New repairs providers for East and Northallerton residents!
· A new-look We’re Muir maintenance team for North and Cheshire residents!
· Making letters friendlier and easier to understand!
· Being more visible in your communities!
