WE’VE updated our 2022-27 Corporate Plan – showing how we continue to deliver on our ambitions to make things easier, smarter and better.  

We’ve been delivering on a host of projects to provide service improvements you said matter to you.  

And we’re continuing to enhance what we do for our customers, homes and communities, colleagues and our business.

“The early years of this Corporate Plan focused on getting foundations right and improving our services and homes, as well as continuing to build new homes,” Catherine Dixson, Muir Chief Executive said.  

“Now we’re seeing many of those improvements benefiting our customers, colleagues and communities as we work to maximise people’s quality of life.”  

Some of the things we’ve done include:  

• Working with you to create our Customer Commitment – so you know what to expect from us and the services you receive.
• A repairs transformation project that included new service providers for residents, a new repairs policy and changes to the ways we work, to enhance customer satisfaction and fix more repairs right first time.
• A new ‘My Muir’ customer portal – so you can access your account online anytime.
• Launching our ‘On the Doorstep’ way of writing to you – making letters easier to understand, less formal and giving them a friendlier feel.
• Building new homes – we more than halfway towards reaching our target of delivering 500 quality new homes for affordable rent and shared ownership.
• Embedding our values further with our ‘Together’ learning programme to improve how we work to achieve better outcomes and enhance your customer experience.
