A BIG THANK YOU FOR TAKING PART IN OUR BIGGEST BIG CHAT!

THANK YOU for taking part in our biggest Big Chat!

More than 1,400 of you got involved to have your say – giving us feedback that can help shape services that are easier, smarter and better for everyone.

One in four households took the chance to have their say in The Big Chat – telling us about the things that matter most to you. 

We’ll listen and act on your feedback – analysing things you’ve said and working to shape services you receive from us.
