“It’s really exciting,” said 27-year-old Samantha. “I fell in love with the house at first sight.

“We’ve rented before but we wanted a home that was fresh and new, where we could really put our own stamp on it.

“The rooms in the Muir property were a good size compared to the other three-bed houses we’d looked at.

“Shared ownership was really the only way we were able to get on the property ladder and so this was perfect.”

“We feel lucky to have quite a big garden,” Samantha added.

“Muir have always been helpful throughout the process.

“Everyone was really friendly and any questions we had were answered quickly.

“Now we’re really looking forward to calling it ‘home’.”
