CHANGES TO OFFICE OPENING TIMES IN CHESTER
WE’RE making some changes to opening hours at our Lightfoot Street office in Chester.
You’ll still be able to visit us, even though we’re closing our reception from 1st May 2024.
How will this work?
The main reception doors will no longer be open.
To meet a member of staff at the office, you can arrange an appointment by calling us on 0300 123 1222 or emailing info@muir.org.uk
That way we can ensure the right person is there to greet you when you arrive.
Why are you making this change?
Having listened and acted on your feedback in #TheBigChat and customer surveys, we’re now out and about in your communities more, visiting you in your homes and being more visible in the areas you live.
This helps provide more opportunities to talk with us – making things easier, smarter and better.
More of you are also choosing to telephone, email or contact us on social media.
All of this has led to a big drop in the number of residents visiting our office in the last couple of years.
We don’t think these changes will affect you too much as we remain accessible – ensuring you can speak to the right person by arranging an appointment in the ways above, should you need to.
