DOZENS OF NEW MUIR HOMES TAKE TO THE STREETS!

DOZENS of new homes have just been delivered as part of our Building New Homes strategy!

We’ve taken handover of 38 new homes in recent weeks – for affordable rent and shared ownership, as we help keep communities together.

The “exciting” new properties in Warrington, Lytham St Annes, Ramsey and Ketton show how we’re committed to building new homes across all our regions.

Muir homesThe latest new homes also take us to more than 300 of the 500 we’ve promised as part of the five-year Building New Homes Strategy we launched in 2022.

“It’s really exciting to see these new homes completed for our rented and shared owners customers” Alex Fury, Muir’s Assistant Director of Development said.

“Our Building New Homes Strategy is helping to create fantastic new communities and providing affordable homes in places where they’re needed most.”

Eighteen of the 38 new homes were completed, for affordable rent and shared ownership, on our Homes England funded Mill Lane site in Warrington – which included a mix of two and three-bed terraced and semi-detached homes.

Muir homesNine properties were completed at Broadacres in Lytham St Annes for affordable rent, as well as five at Chaterfield in Ketton; and six for affordable rent and shared ownership at Cromwell Abbey in Ramsey.

“The new homes form part of larger Muir developments in each area, giving people and families great opportunities to remain in communities they love,” Alex said.

“We love helping to provide people with a range of affordable options, either to get on the property ladder with shared ownership, or to rent a home that proves to be the right move for them.”
