FIRST EVER NRG REPORT SHOWS HOW RESIDENTS HAVE BEEN IMPROVING SERVICES FOR EVERYONE AT MUIR

MUIR’S first ever NRG report shows how residents have been influencing decisions and service enhancements at the Association.

The National Residents Group may only have been formed in 2018, but the report into its first full year shows how it’s been core to improving the customer experience.

‘Our First Year – 2019-20’ (available here: NRG Annual Report 2019-20) covers how the NRG, made up entirely of Muir residents, helped Muir highlight areas for improvement, providing key feedback and ideas that have been integral to developing services.

NRG Members It means Muir residents have been benefiting from improved ways of working, including more efficient service delivery.

Having been shortlisted for two national TPAS awards shortly after being founded in 2018, as well as playing a part in Muir’s shortlisting for ‘Landlord of the Year’ at the 2019 Northern Housing Awards, this, the first ever NRG Annual Report, shows how the group has built on its early successes to build a relationship with the Muir Group Board and the Association’s decision-makers to help build a better future for all of us.

NRG member NRG Chairman, Chris Bishop (pictured) said: “It’s been a fantastic first year which has seen us play a part in so many things at Muir.
