GET YOUR MUIR DIRECT DEBIT NOTIFICATIONS BY EMAIL - LEARN HOW!
DIRECT Debit customers can now get notifications about your Muir account via email, instead of by letter.
To do this, simply verify your email address by clicking on a link you’ll receive in your email inbox from Muir during July.
If you have more than one Direct Debit set up with us, you’ll get multiple requests to do this, one for each Direct Debit account you have.
It’s important to verify them all.
Keep an eye out in your inbox and your junk folder, just in case the email arrives in there.
Once you’ve done that, all Direct Debit notifications about each account will be sent to those email addresses, instead of getting a letter – making things easier, smarter and better.
However, if you still want to receive a letter, you don’t need to do anything.
