GREAT NEW GRANTHAM HOMES CONTINUE TO CLIMB ON SOMERBY HILL
OUR new Grantham homes are looking great as we continue to create a new community at Somerby Hill.
We’ve now taken handover of 17 homes, welcoming new families through their doors we work with Bloor Homes to build a total of 19, including four for shared ownership.
Including a range of houses and maisonettes, the variety of homes give people more options to remain in places they love – either for affordable rent or getting on the property ladder through shared ownership with Homes by Muir.
“We’ve been delighted to take handover of the first 17 homes at Somersby Hill,” Jonathan White, Muir Development Officer said.
“Seeing people moving in is always great for us as we know how important having a stable home is for families beginning a new chapter in their lives.
“With one-bed maisonettes and two, three and four-bed houses, there’s lots on offer, both for affordable rent and for shared ownership with Homes By Muir.
“We’re looking forward to seeing the remaining two homes come to completion early next year.
The new Somerby Hill homes also form part of our Building New Homes Strategy, which will see us deliver at least 500 new homes between 2022-27.
