GREAT NEW HOMES CLIMB TO CROWN GRANTHAM HILLTOP
GREAT new homes are coming to Grantham as 19 prepare to hit the street on Somersby Hill.
We’re working with Bloor Homes to build 15 homes for affordable rent and four for shared ownership, including a range of houses and maisonettes.
It’s the latest in our line of new-build homes to form part of our Building New Homes strategy – which looks set to number more than 500 by 2027.
“It’s great to see our Building New Homes Strategy continue to gather pace with this Somersby Hill development,” Jonathan White, Muir Development Officer said.
“We’re delighted to be working to bring these homes to people and families with Bloor Homes.
“With one-bed maisonettes and two, three and four-bed houses, there’s lots on offer. Both for affordable rent and for shared ownership with Homes By Muir.
“We can’t wait to see them become part of the Grantham community as we continue to increase the homes we have available for residents in our East region.”
Work is well underway on the Somersby Hill site, with the first handovers set to take place this summer – with the full development expected to complete next year.
