HAPPY NEW RESIDENTS MOVE INTO NEW MUIR HOMES IN TIME FOR A WINTERLEY SUMMER

MUIR has been busy welcoming new families into new homes as summer turned ‘winterley’ for our happy residents.
Thirteen homes have already been completed on the 15-home plot being provided by Muir at Winterley Gardens near Haslington, Crewe.
The latest families to move there have just received the keys, meaning that they now have a fabulous new Muir home to call their own.
Sam Walton, a Muir Group Housing Association Tenancy Services Officer, was there to welcome the families as they opened the doors to their new homes for the first time.
She said: “It is so exciting to be welcoming new residents into these wonderful homes at Winterley Gardens.
“Seeing the joy on their faces is brilliant and it’s lovely to know that these properties will make such a big difference to the lives of these families.
“It’s a great feeling and their happiness really does make it all worthwhile.”
Helen Clark and her daughter Eve (left) were two of those to unlock the door to their new home.
And their new neighbours, Michael Donaldson and Justine Jackson, along with young son Theo (right), also stepped inside their new Muir home for the first time.
The 15 two and three-bedroom properties are being built by Stewart Milne and consist of ten homes for affordable rent and five for shared ownership.
Work on the final two is expected to finish by the end of August.
