As a National Resident Group member, you will:
Strengthen the resident voice, offering a greater influence over business and service provision
Scrutinise, monitor performance and make recommendations for improvements
Influence and help shape a service review programme
Develop and maintain a strong, meaningful and influential relationship with the Muir Board
Represent the diversity of residents both in terms of geography, type of tenure and demographics
