Improvements we’ve made in recent years have taken the department from strength to strength as we redefined our strategic approach and restructured our operations. Now we want new people to help us reach the next level.
You’ll be supporting delivery of our new long-term investment plan following our all-encompassing stock condition survey, helping us ‘go green’ to fulfill our Net Zero Carbon goal, using the data we collect to influence our asset management model, and enhancing the overall services we provide for Muir residents.
Available until September 10th: We’re seeking a new Project Support Officer, Asset Data Analyst, and Property Services Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Available from September 10th: We'll be recruiting for a new Senior Contract Management Surveyor in our East region - and for a new Contract Management Surveyor to cover Chester and the North West.
