LATEST CUSTOMER VOICE REPORT SHOWS YOU HOW WE’RE LISTENING AND ACTING 

OUR latest Customer Voice report is now online, showing how we continue to listen and act on your feedback.

 

It’s important for you to know how we value your voice, so you’re empowered to tell us what we do well, and what we can improve.  

 

We use your feedback to make changes to how we deliver services you receive — working together.

 

We listen to you in lots of ways including:

·         Various transactional surveys  

·         Contact with our Customer Experience team  

·         Neighbourhood  events  

 

Every three months, we put together a Customer Voice report which highlights all the ways we’re listening and acting on your latest feedback.
