LATEST PICTURES OF NEW MUIR APARTMENTS AS 'SUPERB' WINSFORD DEVELOPMENT GATHERS PACE
NEW pictures of one of Muir's latest developments have just been released as 16 'superb' apartments continue to climb skywards.
The eight one-bed and eight two-bed apartments continue to make great progress as derelict land in Winsford is transformed into quality, affordable accommodation for people in the area.
Work on the site at Darnhall School Lane only began just before Christmas, but they're already shaping up to be a great addition to affordable living in the area.
They will be compliment other affordable Muir communities nearby, at Ford Court and St Chad’s Fields, as well as neighbouring Glebe Green.
"These apartments mean we’re able to provide a superb range of properties with which to suit the needs of people in the area," Alex Fury, Muir's Assistant Director of Assets and Growth said.
"They will be a great affordable option for people and we're delighted to see the progress being made."
Funded by Homes England and built by Paul Cook Developments and M.Stone Construction, the apartments will breathe new life into a disused area of land that had become very overgrown in recent years.
Muir Project Manager, Rob Kirkham said: "It’s fantastic for us to bring this land back to life and help meet the local demand for quality affordable housing.”
