LYTHAM ST ANNES SEES MORE MUIR HOMES CREATED FOR NEW RESIDENTS
WE’VE completed more of our 22 new affordable homes in Lytham St Annes!
They’re the latest of the homes being developed at our Broadacres site – and they’re ready to welcome new Muir customers.
We’re providing a total of 13 homes for affordable rent, and a further nine for shared ownership with ‘Homes by Muir’.
Consisting of one bed flats and two and three-bed houses, we’re offering great opportunities for people and families in the area.
“We’re so pleased to open the doors to these new homes for people and families in Lytham St Annes,” Jonathan White, Muir Development Manager said.
“We’ve been working with Morris Homes to provide quality, affordable homes that residents can be happy in.
“These are the latest to be completed on this attractive site and they add to the growing number of new properties we’ve been providing in our North region in recent years.
“It’s great to show we’re committed to boosting the number of affordable homes in the area.”
The last of the 22 Broadacres homes are set to be delivered later this year.
These are the latest addition to the growing number of affordable homes we're providing in the area includ ing Watson Road and Whitegate Road in Blackpool, and homes at Warton and Wrea Green in Fylde – totalling 118 properties; as well as the 22 being built on Broadacres – all since 2019.
“Generating 140 new affordable homes here ensures communities can grow and people can enjoy living in areas at prices they can afford,” Alex Fury, Muir Assistant Director of Development said.
