MAKING SURE ‘WE’RE MUIR’ GIVES YOU A SAFE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WHEN WE VISIT YOUR HOME

WHEN we visit you at your home, we want you to enjoy a customer experience you can trust.

All our colleagues carry identity badges. So do the contractors we work with to deliver your services.

When we do repairs, maintenance, a regular service, or visit you at homes for any other reason, you can check to see the person at your door is who they say they are.

Muir staff

Our repairs teams wear uniforms, carry identity badges and drive clearly branded vehicles.

Housing Officers will always carry an identity badge too.

Ask to see their identity badge before allowing them into your home or call us on 0300 123 1222 if you think something’s wrong – particularly if they’ve turned up unannounced.

We tell you when we’re coming to your home for repairs, planned maintenance, or regular services such as gas or electrical checks.

If someone turns up without an appointment – ask them to wait in their van while you call us, so we can confirm who they are.

They should be happy to wait.

Our own repairs team work together with Foster Property Maintenance to provide repairs and maintenance services to Muir residents.

We also work with Sureserve to provide gas services to you, as well as other contractors including Openview, Envirotec, Sheild, Andwis Lifts and more.

If you’re suspicious of someone claiming to be at your home on our behalf, call us on 0300 123 1222.
