More new homes handed over as Muir continues to build 'fantastic future'
THE latest homes in a development of 18 “fantastic” new properties have been handed over to Muir as interest in them continues to grow.
Muir has received the keys to four more of houses at Depenbach Rise in Malpas, Shropshire, as the development of two and three-bedroom homes edges ever closer to completion.
Fourteen rented and four shared ownership properties are all being built by Stuart Milne Homes, with those remaining under construction also due to be handed over to Muir in February.
And Muir Sales Officer, Gill D’Arcy says the properties are already providing fantastic accommodation for some of Depenbach Rise’s early tenants, after they began moving into them in recent weeks.

A total of 12 rental and two shared ownership properties have so far been completed at the site.
The entire 18-home development consists of eight two-bedroom and six-three-bedroom rental properties, as well as four three-bedroom shared ownership homes.
Two of the shared ownership properties were reserved for buyers during construction, while the two that remain continue generate plenty of interest; priced at £87,500 for a 50% share plus subsidised rent and service charge.
