MPS RECEIVE HOUSING QUALITY AWARD FOR SERVICE EXCELLENCE
MPS have been recognised by the Housing Quality Network with an award for excellence as a repairs and maintenance contractor.
Muir Property Solutions provide maintenance services to Muir Group Housing Association residents throughout the North and North West, and were granted the award after HQN reviewed all areas of the business – right through from finance to customer satisfaction.
As a result, MPS have become an HQN accredited contractor, demonstrating an efficient and ‘Best Value’ approach.
“The HQN award is testament to the commitment of all MPS employees,” Barry Brussels, Managing Director of MPS said.
“Our staff are dedicated towards making the business successful by providing excellent services to our customers.”
The HQN award recognises MPS as a:
- maintenance service provider that operates efficiently, effectively, economically and delivers excellent service to residents.
- that the key characteristics of the service compare favourably with private and public-sector housing maintenance organisations judged to be operating at optimum levels.
- as a Best Value service.
HQN are a sector recognised company who provide a number of services within the housing sector and have gained a reputation as the leading organisation for assessing and benchmarking.
Kevin Bentley, HQN Assessor, commented on the ‘high levels of business assurance’ demonstrated by MPS that were required to receive the award.
