MUIR LIFTS NATIONAL APPRENTICESHIP EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR AWARD! – APPLY WITH US HERE!
MUIR has scooped the nationwide SYSCO Training Academy ‘Housing Apprenticeship Employer of the Year’ Award.
The Association received the coveted award as it was recognised by SYSCO for its “hard work and commitment to developing a skilled and motivated workforce through apprenticeships.”
SYSCO unveiled Muir as the winners of the award during an online event recognising high levels of work and commitment of training providers and apprentices throughout the UK.
Muir staff members, Megan Moss, Selina Salinger and Becky Guise also received honourable mentions after undertaking apprenticeships with the Association, having also being shortlisted at the event.
“This is fantastic recognition for Muir and the support the Association and its staff provides to our apprentices,” Jackie Perry, Assistant Director of Communities and Customer Service (pictured) said.
“We are delighted to be awarded for the pathway we help to provide for people choosing apprenticeships to embark upon new careers.

“We’d like to thank all of our apprentices for their amazing efforts since launching our apprenticeships scheme a few years ago.
“It has been a fabulous success and SYSCO have had given us great support to help make that happen.”
Muir currently has two apprentice roles available for anyone wishing to begin a career in the social housing sector.
Successful applicants can enjoy a variety of experience across Muir's Housing Services and Customer Experience teams, whilst gaining a recognised Housing qualification.
