MUIR NEW AFFORDABLE HOMES IN MIDDLE MADELEY
MORE new Muir homes are opening doors in Middle Madeley for affordable rent and shared ownership.
Situated just a few miles from Stoke-On-Trent, Muir have taken handover of five two-bed apartments and two three-bed houses for affordable rent.
A further two-bed apartment is also being made available for shared ownership at the Leawood Grange development, being built for Muir by Duchy Homes.
They’re all now preparing to welcome new Muir residents in the village, giving people more access to affordable homes in the area.
“We’re thrilled to deliver more new homes in Middle Madeley,” Annette Westwater, Muir’s Development Officer said.
“It’s a great opportunity for people in the area to enjoy affordable living.
“By having a mix of apartments and houses, as well as a shared ownership option, we’ve tried to cater for a range of people and families.
“It’s fantastic to see these properties completed and we’re looking forward to seeing them become homes for people’s futures.”
Muir is working to provide 500 new-build homes by 2027 as part of its Building New Homes strategy.
