MUIR OPENS THE DOOR TO ‘DECADE OF DEVELOPMENT’ AS MORE NEW HOMES USHER IN 2020
NEW Muir properties have been unveiled in Warton as a 20-home scheme nears its completion.
Seventeen properties in the Fylde village are now finished, with many of the two-bedroom houses already enjoying new residents benefiting from affordable rent.
The most recent four properties to be completed kick-started Muir’s development programme during the first week of the New Year.
And Muir’s Assets and Growth Project Manager says he hopes 2020 will see many more residents benefitting from the Association’s growing development programme.
“Seeing more Muir properties completed and ready to welcome new residents is a great way to start the decade,” Rob said.
“We are confident it can be a huge decade of development as Muir strives to deliver more and more new homes to help people have the affordable homes they need.
“Muir’s increased development programme promises to do just that and the homes in Warton are an early pre-curser to what we hope to achieve.
“We hope this can provide a brilliant start to the year for the people and families moving in.
The remaining properties on the site are scheduled to complete this summer, with Muir having worked with Barratt Homes to deliver them.
Muir is also set to start taking handover of more new-build properties in Fylde later this year, with the first of 31 two and three-bed homes on Cropper Road earmarked for completion.
The Association also provided five new shared ownership homes at Wrea Green in Fylde early last year.
