RESIDENTS have been providing fantastic feedback as #TheBigChat goes massive in Muir communities across the country.
Since April 4th, more than 700 Muir residents have taken part in THE BIG CHAT as we’ve visited 25 locations for a host of events and doorstep surveys to ensure your voice is vital to making things easier, smarter and better for everyone.
THE BIG CHAT is massive for Muir residents as you help shape our customer promise and tell us about your overcall customer experience – so we can improve how we do things for you.

Godmanchester resident, Tina said: “I think it’s very important to get involved because you can get your views across and say what your neighbourhood is all about.”
Colin from Glebe Green in Winsford said: “The Big Chat is important so Muir can know what residents want.
“I’d encourage other Muir residents to get involved and get their opinions across.”
Chester resident Michael said: “I think it’s very good so residents can make their points of view.”
And Mags, who lives in Northampton said: “It’s important that Muir residents get involved so improvements can be made for everyone.”
